Partnership for development of micro-hydropower plants of less than 500 kW installed capacity, in Romania

ARMAND GROUP, a company with 100% Romanian private capital, operating on renewable energy market and IDROENERGIA, an international hydroelectric developer, signed an agreement for the development of small hydropower plants with installed capacity of less than 500kW in Romania, this month. The two companies intend to build and operate together small hydropower plants in Romania. Armand Group will use its resources to identify and develop feasible projects of micro-hydropower plants of less than 500 kW installed capacity. After the construction Armand Group will take over the operation of SHP and energy selling.  IdroEnergia will be responsible for the Hydropower Engineering and financing, following that the projects operation to be made with Armand Group.
